Pairing Aperitifs, appetizers, light dishes
The Spumante Cuvee Premiere Extra Dry from Bolla offers an immediate and pleasant profile: fine bubbles and a continuous sparkle support a bright straw-yellow color. On the nose it opens with notes of white-fleshed fruit and Golden apple, nuances of white flowers and a hint of bread crust that adds depth without being intrusive. The impression is one of balance between a light residual sweetness and a fresh acidity that keeps the sip lively and inviting.

On the palate it proves soft but not flat, with a light-to-medium body and a pleasant salinity that runs across the palate to a harmonious finish with good persistence. Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs well with seafood appetizers, sushi and fish dishes that are not too strongly flavored; it also suits pairings with small, not-too-sweet desserts. Serve well chilled to appreciate its freshness and the brilliance of the bubbles.
