Pairing Sweets, desserts, pastries
Spumante Dolce Contessa presents a sweet but never cloying profile: aromas of white flowers, ripe peach and a subtle hint of honey accompany light, lively bubbles. The color is a luminous straw hue that opens the tasting gently; the sip is round and enveloping, with a sweetness well balanced by a fresh acidic vein that keeps the warmth in check; the texture is soft and smooth, leaving a pleasant savoriness on the palate that invites another sip.

Perfect at the end of a meal alongside dry pastries, fruit tarts or creamy desserts, it also works well as a chilled aperitif; try pairing it with blue cheeses for a sweet–salty contrast. Serve chilled, around 6–8 °C, in wide glasses that let the aromas develop without losing freshness. It suits parties and convivial occasions: fresh fruit, nuts or milk chocolate are simple, successful companions to enhance its character.
