The Spumante Dolce Manzoni Moscato Sathià from Maschio Dei Cavalieri offers an immediate, fragrant aromatic profile with notes of white flowers, ripe peach and light citrus nuances. The color is pale straw with golden reflections; on the nose the fruit is prominent without excessive sweetness. On the palate it shows a soft, enveloping texture where sweetness balances with lively freshness. The bubbles are fine and delicate, contributing to an overall elegant and pleasant sensation with a finish that recalls fresh fruit.

It is recommended to serve chilled, around 6–8 °C, in tulip or flute glasses to enhance the aromas and effervescence. It works well as a dessert wine alongside fruit-based sweets, pastries and light desserts, but also suits an informal aperitif for those who prefer sweet, aromatic wines. Store in a cool, dark place; to best appreciate its qualities it is suggested to consume it young.
