Pairing Aperitifs, light appetizers
Vollì partially dealcoholized Extra Dry sparkling wine offers a fragrant, easy-to-drink profile. The bubbles are fine and lively and accompany a medium-light-bodied sip in which delicate notes of apple and pear emerge, with floral hints and a pleasant citrusy finish. The slight sweetness typical of the category is balanced by good acidity, while the reduced alcohol content makes the palate fresher and cleaner without weighing it down: a wine that retains character and immediacy while remaining agile. The drinking is immediate but not lacking in personality, suitable for those who prefer freshness and easy pairings.

It is naturally suited to aperitivo and small dishes: seafood appetizers, sushi, summer salads, crudités and fresh cheeses find a simple and functional match. Also for festive moments or for those who wish to moderate alcohol intake, it is a practical and pleasant choice. It also works well as a base for non-alcoholic sparkling cocktails, offering added versatility. Serve well chilled, in not-too-wide glasses to showcase the perlage, and enjoy while young to appreciate its liveliness and aromatic clarity.
