Pairing Aperitifs, appetizers, fish
Grande Cuvée Brut sparkling wine from Pinot Blanc presents an elegant and immediate profile: bright straw color, fine bubbles that tickle the palate and a bouquet of white-fleshed fruit, white flowers and a slight bread-crust note. On the nose there is a well-calibrated freshness that does not overwhelm the wine’s structure, making it suitable both as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to more delicate dishes. In the glass it also reveals a subtle citrus note and a mineral hint that gives lift to the fruit.

On the palate it is strikingly balanced: lively acidity and salinity support a slim but present structure, with a softness that does not mask the precision of each sip. The finish is clean and pleasant, with good persistence; try serving it chilled with raw seafood, vegetable-based starters or fresh cheeses, or simply to begin the evening. A serving temperature around 6–8°C enhances its freshness without dulling its sapidity. A versatile choice for those seeking a refined sparkling wine with immediate drinkability.
