The KK Rosè Dosaggio Zero sparkling wine from Kante represents a pure and elegant expression of the Karst region, renowned for its unique geological features which are reflected in the wines produced. This rosé sparkling wine, crafted using the traditional method, is born from the careful selection of grapes, giving the wine a distinctive character and pronounced freshness.

The specificity of "Dosaggio Zero" means that this cuvée does not receive any sugar additives after the second fermentation, allowing the enhancement of the natural qualities of the grape and its terroir. The light and bright pink color precedes a bouquet rich in nuances: from berries like strawberries and raspberries to slight hints of bread crust and dried flowers, thanks to the prolonged lees aging.

On the palate, the KK Rosè Dosaggio Zero sparkling wine is extremely fresh and direct, with a very fine bubble that caresses the taste persistently, evolving into a clean and surprisingly long finish. This vivacity makes it particularly suitable as an appetizer, but also capable of accompanying elegant seafood dishes, light starters, and fish-based dishes.

As a producer respectful of natural balances and responsible viticulture, Kante is recognized for its commitment to creating wines that truly reflect the terroir of this area. The attention to detail and passion for experimentation are fully expressed in this refined sparkling expression, making the KK Rosè Dosaggio Zero sparkling wine a privileged choice for lovers of the genre.

Winery history
Cantina Santi was founded as a winery in Illasi and has been present in Valpolicella since the 19th century. During the 20th century the Santi family introduced technical innovations and progressively focused on high-end wines; in 1974 the winery became part of Gruppo Italiano Vini, which reinforced investments and facilities while preserving its local identity.
Production philosophy
Santi claims a style tied to the sense of place of Valpolicella: it favors the predominant use of Corvina in its selections, aging in large traditional casks, and the use of local woods to enhance the aromatic qualities typical of native grape varieties. The approach combines oenological research with respect for local practices.
Terroir and vineyards
Santi's vineyards and selections are concentrated in Val d'Illasi and the classic areas of Valpolicella, using a vineyard-selection approach across different exposures and microclimates to produce wines that reflect the local terroir. The winery also works with vineyards in other Veronese appellations such as Soave, Bardolino and Lugana.
