The Classic Method Sparkling Wine Brut Blanc de Noirs by Francesco Bellei is a refined expression of the Classic Method sparkling wine, obtained exclusively from black grapes, typically Pinot Noir, grown in the Italian wine-growing regions most suited to this type of production. This sparkling wine is the result of Francesco Bellei's experience and passion for creating high quality sparkling wines, which reflect the tradition and innovation of the winery.

The Classic Method, known for its second fermentation in the bottle and aging on the yeasts, gives this Blanc de Noirs a remarkable complexity and structure, with a fine and persistent perlage that enhances its quality and elegance. This technique, combined with the selection of black grapes, allows us to obtain a sparkling wine with a unique character, where the freshness and liveliness of the fruit blend with more evolved and richer notes resulting from refinement.

Visually, the sparkling wine has a straw yellow color with golden reflections, testifying to the presence of black grapes in the winemaking. On the nose, the bouquet is complex and inviting, with notes of fresh fruit, such as green apple and citrus fruits, enriched by nuances of toasted bread, hazelnut and yeasts, which give depth and aromatic richness.

In the mouth, the Brut Blanc de Noirs reveals a balanced and harmonious structure, with a lively acidity that perfectly balances the aromatic richness, leading to a long and persistent finish, characterized by a pleasant creaminess and notes of fruit and minerality that invite subsequent tasting.

Ideal as an aperitif, the Classic Method Sparkling Wine Brut Blanc de Noirs by Francesco Bellei pairs perfectly with light appetizers, fish and seafood dishes, as well as white meats and fresh cheeses. Its elegance and complexity also make it suitable for special and celebratory occasions, where it can be appreciated for its ability to combine tradition and refinement.

With his Brut Blanc de Noirs "Classic Method", Francesco Bellei offers an excellent example of how dedication to quality and attention to detail can result in a sparkling wine of exceptional finesse and pleasure, which celebrates the richness and diversity of heritage Italian wine industry.
