The "Spumante Metodo Classico Brut - Fulvio Beo Rosè - Jeroboam - Wooden Case" by Cà Rugate is an extraordinary example of Italian sparkling wine artistry, bottled in a substantial Jeroboam format, which offers generosity and visual impact. This wine stands out for its classic production method, which involves a second fermentation in the bottle, similar to that used for Champagne creation.

The Fulvio Beo Rosè presents a bright rosé color and a fine, persistent perlage, foretelling a fascinating olfactory experience. On the nose, delicate aromas of small red fruits, such as raspberry and strawberry, are enriched with hints of yeast and toasted bread, evidencing the long maturation on the lees.

On the palate, the brut rosé from Cà Rugate offers a fresh and harmonious taste. The balance between acidity and fruity flavors is impeccable, with a slight mineral streak adding complexity to the sip. Its structure and elegance make it suitable for accompanying a wide range of dishes, from seafood-based cooking to more structured dishes like white meats or sophisticated appetizers.

The presentation in a wooden case adds a touch of sophistication, making it ideal also as an exclusive gift or a collector's item for wine lovers. A true oenological gem that celebrates Italian sparkling wine tradition with a touch of modernity and elegance.

Winery history
The Tessari family has been cultivating vineyards in the area for over a century; the Ca' Rugate label first appeared on bottles in 1986. In 2001 Michele Tessari, the fourth generation of the family, launched a project to reorganize the estate and expand the vineyards, and the new winery in Montecchia di Crosara was inaugurated in 2002. Over the years the estate has developed wine‑tourism activities and created a wine museum to tell the family's agricultural history.
Production philosophy
Quality that begins in the vineyard is a priority: sustainable management and low-impact practices to enhance native varieties and the expression of the terroir. Since 2004 the estate has adopted more sustainable agronomic methods and demonstrates a commitment to traceability and preserving the local character. Since 2013 it has been part of Indipendenti del Soave.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyards are situated on the hills of Val d'Alpone and on land well suited to Soave Classico, Valpolicella and Lessini Durello. The soils have a volcanic and calcareous‑basaltic composition typical of the Soave area; some parcels lie on ridges and terraces with steep slopes and average elevations of around 400–450 meters above sea level.
Awards and recognitions
Numerous national and international awards, including several 'Tre Bicchieri' from the Gambero Rosso guide for the winery's wines, and medals/recognitions at international competitions also dedicated to mountain and heroic wines.
