The Spumante Metodo Classico from Col di Corte offers an elegant, restrained profile true to the character of sparkling wines made by the traditional method. In the glass it shows fine, persistent perlage and a bright straw-yellow hue; the nose reveals delicate aromas of white flowers, citrus peel and light green apple notes, without excess. The overall impression is sober and linear, for those who appreciate freshness and clean aromatics.

On the palate it displays good acidity, a balance between structure and liveliness and a creamy sensation from the perlage; the finish is dry and sapid, inviting further sips. It works well as an aperitif, with fish starters, raw preparations and vegetable dishes, and as a partner to lighter recipes; serve at about 6–8 °C. Store cool and away from heat sources. Also suitable for convivial moments and informal celebrations.
