The Classic Method Sparkling Wine Dosage Zero by KK - Kante represents an excellent choice for those seeking a high-quality sparkling wine that exhibits the purity of the fruit without added residual sugars. Produced in the renowned wine region of Friuli-Venezia Giulia, this wine is the result of careful grape selection and a controlled fermentation process, which ensures its unique and distinctive flavor.

Known for its commitment to sustainable and environmentally friendly practices, Kante produces this sparkling wine using the classic method, which includes a second fermentation in the bottle. This method imparts complexity to the wine and a finesse of bubbles that is difficult to achieve with other production methods.

The Dosage Zero by KK - Kante offers extraordinary freshness on the palate, while maintaining a rich aromatic range that spans from citrusy tones to those of fresh bread and white flowers, underscored by a well-pronounced minerality typical of the soils of origin. The absence of sugar dosage after the second fermentation allows this sparkling wine to express a pure and sharply fresh character.

Ideal as an aperitif, this sparkling wine also pairs beautifully with a variety of dishes, from light appetizers to seafood and shellfish dishes. Even the most delicate preparations are enhanced by its balanced acidity and its fine, persistent perlage.

Perfect for celebrating special occasions or for gifting a refined taste experience, the Classic Method Sparkling Wine Dosage Zero by KK - Kante is a testament to the unique terroir of this Italian region and the winemaking mastery of the Kante winery. A true delight for lovers of superior quality sparkling wines.

Winery history
Cantina Santi was founded as a winery in Illasi and has been present in Valpolicella since the 19th century. During the 20th century the Santi family introduced technical innovations and progressively focused on high-end wines; in 1974 the winery became part of Gruppo Italiano Vini, which reinforced investments and facilities while preserving its local identity.
Production philosophy
Santi claims a style tied to the sense of place of Valpolicella: it favors the predominant use of Corvina in its selections, aging in large traditional casks, and the use of local woods to enhance the aromatic qualities typical of native grape varieties. The approach combines oenological research with respect for local practices.
Terroir and vineyards
Santi's vineyards and selections are concentrated in Val d'Illasi and the classic areas of Valpolicella, using a vineyard-selection approach across different exposures and microclimates to produce wines that reflect the local terroir. The winery also works with vineyards in other Veronese appellations such as Soave, Bardolino and Lugana.
