The "Spumante Metodo Classico Extra Brut - Fulvio Beo - Magnum - Cà Rugate" represents a rare and special opportunity for true connoisseurs of quality wines. Produced by the renowned Cà Rugate winery, located in the heart of the Valpolicella wine-growing area, this sparkling wine enchants with its elegance and sophistication.

The Magnum bottle, equivalent to two standard bottles, is a perfect choice for special occasions, ensuring a remarkable impression. A true gem, the "Fulvio Beo" is the result of a careful winemaking process according to the classical method, which involves a second fermentation in the bottle, just as with the more famous Champagne.

Extra Brut, with an extremely low sugar residue, this sparkling wine offers a purity and freshness that are hard to find. The flavors are well defined with notes of white pulp fruit, citrus, and a slight toasting, due to the long aging on the yeasts. The complexity stemming from this process gives the wine a structure and depth that endure over time, culminating in a clean and lively finish.

This sparkling wine is ideal as an aperitif, but it also beautifully complements light appetizers, seafood dishes, and fresh cheeses. Its balanced acidity and subtle bubbles make it a refreshing and stimulating companion, capable of elevating any moment from ordinary to memorable.

Through its limited production and respect for winemaking tradition, Cà Rugate demonstrates its commitment to creating wines of exceptional quality. The "Spumante Metodo Classico Extra Brut" is not just a wine, but a tasting experience that deserves to be lived.

Winery history
The Tessari family has been cultivating vineyards in the area for over a century; the Ca' Rugate label first appeared on bottles in 1986. In 2001 Michele Tessari, the fourth generation of the family, launched a project to reorganize the estate and expand the vineyards, and the new winery in Montecchia di Crosara was inaugurated in 2002. Over the years the estate has developed wine‑tourism activities and created a wine museum to tell the family's agricultural history.
Production philosophy
Quality that begins in the vineyard is a priority: sustainable management and low-impact practices to enhance native varieties and the expression of the terroir. Since 2004 the estate has adopted more sustainable agronomic methods and demonstrates a commitment to traceability and preserving the local character. Since 2013 it has been part of Indipendenti del Soave.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyards are situated on the hills of Val d'Alpone and on land well suited to Soave Classico, Valpolicella and Lessini Durello. The soils have a volcanic and calcareous‑basaltic composition typical of the Soave area; some parcels lie on ridges and terraces with steep slopes and average elevations of around 400–450 meters above sea level.
Awards and recognitions
Numerous national and international awards, including several 'Tre Bicchieri' from the Gambero Rosso guide for the winery's wines, and medals/recognitions at international competitions also dedicated to mountain and heroic wines.
