The Spumante Metodo Classico Pas Dosé of MasSìm is born in the heart of the Piedmontese tradition, an authentic expression of its territory of origin. Made with a careful selection of native grape varieties, this sparkling wine enchants with its freshness and finesse, qualities enhanced by the disciplined Metodo Classico which involves a long maturation on the lees. The absence of dosage (Pas Dosé) offers a dry, vibrant sip, where mineral notes and a distinct aromatic elegance emerge, recalling hints of green apple, citrus fruits, and slight touches of bread crust.

The Magnum format enhances the harmony of the wine, where the balance between acidity and structure involves a persistent and harmonious tasting experience. Perfect to accompany delicate seafood dishes or as a refined aperitif, this sparkling wine enhances conviviality with its authentic and vibrant character, symbolizing a winery attentive to quality and territoriality.

Winery history
The Piazzo family began their activity in the hills of San Rocco Seno d’Elvio in the 1960s: the couple Armando Piazzo and Gemma Veglia invested in Nebbiolo vineyards and, beginning with the harvest that produced their first wine in 1979, the estate progressively expanded its range to become a leading name in the Langhe. Management later passed to the next generations, who have preserved the family character while introducing innovative practices in the vineyard and cellar.
Production philosophy
The winery combines an artisanal, family-run approach with respect for the land: vineyard care, attention to the Nebbiolo tradition, and the use of modern techniques to enhance the terroir expression of each cru.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyards are concentrated in the Langhe and Roero, with plots around Alba and in towns such as Mango, Neviglie, Guarene and Novello. The headquarters are located in the hamlet of San Rocco Seno d’Elvio, in the municipality of Alba.
