The Spumante Metodo Classico Pomino DOC Brut by Leonia, produced by the prestigious Frescobaldi family, represents an excellence among Tuscan sparkling wines. Originating from the DOC Pomino, an area renowned for the quality of its soils and the ideal microclimate, this sparkling wine is mainly made from Chardonnay grapes, which enhance elegance and finesse. The aging process follows the classic method, with a long secondary fermentation in the bottle that gives the wine a creamy foam and fine perlage, accompanied by a complex aromatic profile, characterized by notes of white fruit, delicate flowers, and hints of fresh yeast.

On the palate, it presents itself as harmonious, fresh, and vibrant, with a pleasant sapidity that makes it perfect as an aperitif and an ideal pairing for delicate seafood dishes, carpaccios, or vegetable-based appetizers. A refined toast with a Tuscan soul, celebrating tradition with a modern and vibrant style.
