Pairing Sweets, desserts, pastries
Vollì Spumante Moscato Bianco Dolce IGT presents an immediate and sincere aromatic profile: fine bubbles and lively perlage, a nose of orange blossom, ripe peach and a hint of honey that doesn't weigh it down. The sip is enveloping but accompanied by a fresh acidity that keeps the wine saline and lively; the sweetness is well balanced, fragrant rather than cloying, and the drinkability invites another sip. The texture remains slender, the body is light and the pleasant finish leaves fruity and citrusy memories.

It is an ideal companion for informal moments, perfect as an aperitif for those who love sweet wines or to accompany dry pastries, fruit desserts and delicate ice creams; it also pairs well to offset blue cheeses with balance. In a flute or small coupe the perlage shows at its best, enhancing drinkability and aromatic freshness. Serve well chilled: choose it when you want a sweet wine that stays fresh, light and unobtrusive, suitable for relaxed gatherings or to close a meal with grace.
