The Spumante Rosé Brut Metodo Classico 36 Mesi Nesio, produced by Casa Roma, tells the meticulous art of fermentation in the splendid Italian land. The selected grapes, expertly cultivated, give a pale pink color and a fine and persistent perlage, an expression of the long aging on the lees of at least thirty-six months. On the nose, delicate notes of small red fruits emerge, accompanied by brioche nuances and an elegant mineral scent. The sip is fresh, balanced, with a vibrant acidity that invites the next glass.
Perfect as an aperitif or paired with raw seafood and delicate fish dishes.
