Lo Spumante “Clamore” di Astoria è una bollicina sorprendente, che esprime modernità e freschezza attraverso il vitigno aromatico più celebre: il Sauvignon Blanc. Prodotto con Metodo Charmat presso la storica Tenuta Val de Brun nel Trevigiano, questo spumante porta in bottiglia lo spirito vivace e contemporaneo della Cantina Astoria, attiva dal 1987 e guidata dalla famiglia Polegato.

All’aspetto si presenta di un luminoso giallo paglierino, impreziosito da un perlage fine e persistente. Il bouquet è ampio e aromatico, dominato da sentori erbacei distintivi – come foglia di pomodoro e peperone verde – armonizzati con toni di frutta esotica e agrumi, che ne delineano un profilo elegante e pulito.

Fresco, asciutto e piacevolmente salineggiante, “Clamore” bilancia una vivace freschezza con morbidezza vellutata. L’acidità, ben calibrata, supporta la beva con slancio, mentre la persistenza aromatica richiama le note olfattive, lasciando una sensazione raffinata e appagante. 

Le uve, raccolte nei primi giorni di settembre in Tenuta Val de Brun, vengono sottoposte a pressatura soffice e fermentazione a temperatura controllata (18 °C). L’affinamento avviene in acciaio, su lieviti, preservando la purezza e la tipicità del Sauvignon.

Winery history
Born from the local winemaking tradition and developed as a business enterprise since the late 20th century, Astoria is known for Tenuta Val del Brun and for its activity in the hills of the Prosecco di Conegliano-Valdobbiadene.
