W'Heart sparkling wine from Barsento offers a fresh, graceful profile built on liveliness and a fine perlage that enlivens the sip without weighing it down. On the nose there are ripe citrus, green apple and a hint of white flowers, with a thread of bread crust that adds complexity; on the palate the texture is lean, supported by lively acidity and a minerality that lengthens the finish. The character is elegant and easy-drinking, ideal for those who appreciate bubbles that are not too intrusive but well defined.

It naturally suits aperitifs and toasts, but also pairs easily with seafood dishes such as oysters and shellfish, grilled fish or delicate vegetable-based preparations. Serve cold, in a wide glass to appreciate the freshness and fine effervescence; temperature around 6-8°C. It is a versatile choice for convivial occasions, able to refresh the palate and accompany light courses without overpowering them.
