The "Stoan" from Tramin Winery is a white wine distinguished by its elegant complexity and refined expression of the Alto Adige terroir. This wine is a skillful blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Pinot Bianco, and Gewürztraminer grapes, which grow in the steep, sunlit vineyards of Termeno on the Wine Road.

Featuring a straw-yellow color with golden highlights, "Stoan" offers a rich and intense aromatic palette on the nose. Scents of ripe fruit such as peach and apricot blend with elegant floral notes and hints of sweet spices, coupled with a mineral touch that adds freshness and vigor to the olfactory profile.

On the palate, this wine shows a notable yet balanced structure; the aromatic richness repeats itself with elegance, supported by good acidity that brings freshness and a long persistence. The complexity of the various grape strains harmonizes perfectly, resulting in a full-bodied wine that maintains a pleasant lightness.

Aging in stainless steel tanks and small barriques gives this wine a velvety texture and subtle toasted notes that intertwine with its fresh fruity characteristics.

Ideal as a pairing with elaborated fish dishes, seafood, white meats, and aged cheeses, the "Stoan" from Tramin Winery is an excellent choice for those looking for a high-caliber white wine, capable of providing a rich and memorable sensory experience.
