| Neat, with ice or classic cocktails |
It’s a versatile bourbon: best appreciated neat at room temperature or with a small ice cube to open the aromas, but it also lends itself naturally to classic cocktails that call for depth and comforting aromatics. On the table it pairs with dark chocolate, nut-based desserts, or aged cheeses; ideal for those looking for a solid, steady, unpretentious sip, capable of accompanying moments of contemplative tasting or casual evenings.

Distillation
Production associated with the brand takes place at Kentucky Artisan Distillery (Crestwood, KY), a facility using Vendome equipment (column with a copper section) and featuring historic components derived from pot stills (thumper). Founder Steve Thompson also reports the use of a copper still in the origin story of the product.
Ageing
Aging in new charred American oak; standard expressions are aged at least 4 years. Some versions (e.g., Triple Wood) receive subsequent finishes in Pedro Ximénez and cognac casks.
