Tavel Beaurevoir Rosé by M. Chapoutier is a rosé wine that comes from the Rhône region, famous for producing some of the most renowned and distinctive rosé wines in the world. M. Chapoutier, one of France's most esteemed and innovative wineries, is known for its philosophy that emphasizes the pure expression of terroir and respect for the environment, practicing biodynamic and organic agriculture in many of its vineyards.

Tavel is the only appellation in the Rhône Valley dedicated exclusively to the production of rosé wine, and is famous for its full-bodied and structured rosés, which clearly distinguish themselves from the lighter, fruitier rosés typical of other regions. These wines are known for their ability to age, a characteristic less common among rosé wines, offering a complexity and depth that make them particularly versatile at the table.

M. Chapoutier's Tavel Beaurevoir Rosé is produced mainly from Grenache, together with other local varieties, which contribute to creating a harmonious and complex blend. Winemaking aims to preserve the freshness and aroma of the grapes, with a short maceration to extract color and aromas before fermentation. The result is a rosé wine with character, which fully expresses the peculiarities of its terroir and the varieties used.

Visually, Tavel Beaurevoir Rosé presents itself with an intense and brilliant pink color, a sign of its concentration. On the nose, it offers a rich and inviting bouquet, with notes of fresh red fruits, such as strawberries and raspberries, floral accents and a light spiciness, which add complexity and invitingness. In the mouth, the wine is full-bodied for a rosé, with a notable structure supported by good acidity which enhances its freshness. Red fruit flavors mix with herbaceous and mineral nuances, leading to a long and pleasantly persistent finish.

Ideal in combination with summer dishes, appetizers, fish and white meat dishes, the Tavel Beaurevoir Rosé by M. Chapoutier is an excellent choice for those looking for a rosé wine capable of combining intensity, complexity and drinkability, representing one of the most high and appreciated in this category of wines.
