Tavernello Frizzante Rosato from the Renana line is a lightly sparkling rosé designed for casual, everyday enjoyment. It shows a pale pink color and gentle bubbles that highlight its freshness. On the nose there are hints of fresh red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry, with delicate floral nuances. On the palate it is lean, medium-light in body, with a lively texture and a balanced progression toward a clean, slightly savory finish. The acidity is fresh and well integrated, making the sip easy and pleasant even with light dishes.

It works well as an aperitif and pairs simply with cold starters, summer salads, light fish dishes and pizza. Serve well chilled, around 6–8 °C, in not overly large glasses to maintain freshness. Suitable for informal occasions and for those seeking an uncomplicated, easy-to-drink option; moderation in consumption is advised. It can also be used in light summer mixed drinks. The practical format makes it convenient for sharing at small gatherings, picnics and quick meals.

Winery history
The shape known as 'renana' has historical origins linked to winemaking along the Rhine basin; it became common for the area's white wines because of its elongated silhouette and flat base. Encyclopedic and technical sources describe its spread and characteristics without attributing it to a single producer.
Terroir and vineyards
