Produced by the Tenjaku Distillery, located in the picturesque region of Fuefuki in Yamanashi prefecture, this whisky refines its identity through a 6-year aging process in selected barrels that have previously hosted other noble distillations. The maturation profile in these barrels gives the whisky a complex balance of aromas and flavors.
Upon tasting, the Tenjaku Whisky Pure Malt stands out for its medium body and a velvety texture that caresses the palate. On the nose, it reveals elegant notes of ripe fruit, sweet spices, and a light hint of peat, a distinctive element that echoes the Scottish tradition. In the mouth, initial impressions of vanilla and malt blend with undertones of dark chocolate and a hint of cinnamon, culminating in a long and harmonious finish.
The box in which the Tenjaku Whisky is presented is not just a container, but a true symbol of care and attention to detail, making it an ideal gift for whisky enthusiasts or an excellent addition to a connoisseur's collection.
This whisky not only represents a refined choice for a special evening but also lends itself beautifully as a base for sophisticated cocktails, where its intensity and complexity can truly shine, ensuring a prestigious position in every home or professional bar.

Distillation
Gin: botanical distillation (base of more than 10 Western botanicals with added Japanese botanicals). Vodka: distilled from rice using a technique that combines koji malt and polished rice; filtration through birch and bamboo charcoal. Whisky: assembly/blending of selected distillates and use of local spring water for dilution.
Ageing
For some expressions (e.g. Pure Malt Sherry Cask Limited Edition) a finishing period in sherry casks is applied (minimum 6 months). In general the whisky is obtained from blends of matured distillates assembled according to a blender's recipe.
