Fiano di Avellino is a vine that was traditionally grown in Irpinia, from which one of the most important wines of Italy is produced.
Fiano has also been planted in Puglia, in northern Salento, in the province of Brindisi, where it has managed to express itself wonderfully in the Serranova Estate with a clear Mediterranean appeal. The resulting scents are decidedly warmer and more enveloping, without however losing in terms of freshness and elegance.
In the glass it has a beautiful straw yellow color with clear bright greenish reflections. Intense fruity and floral aromas of pear and apricot arrive on the nose, citrus and balsamic notes offer a harmonious and structured taste, but balanced by an excellent aromatic freshness. A burst of acidity can be perceived in the finish with good persistence.
Indicated as an aperitif, excellent with appetizers and seafood salads in particular with octopus-based ones.
