Distillation
Traditional production: agave cooked in steam ovens, mash, fermentation and distillation. For infused expressions, botanical/fruit ingredients are added after distillation according to brand communication.
Ageing
For the cristalino version: short ageing in barrels (reported up to about 30 days) followed by charcoal filtration to obtain a clear tequila with a clean, sharp profile.
