The Teroldego Rotaliano DOC by Solander is born in the fertile valleys of Trentino, a chosen land for this native grape variety that expresses with vigor and freshness the character of the territory. This red wine stands out for its intense and deep color, the result of carefully selected grapes from the Piana Rotaliana, where the temperate climate favors an optimal ripening. On the nose, it opens with notes of ripe red fruits, spicy nuances, and vegetal hints that recall the Mediterranean.

The sip is lively and harmonious, with soft tannins and a pleasant acidity that ensures its longevity, accompanied by a slightly savory finish. Aging in steel and, sometimes, in light wood, enhances the varietal purity while maintaining freshness and structure. Ideal with white and red meats, aged cheeses, or traditional Trentino dishes, this Teroldego elegantly tells the story of a grape variety rooted in the territory.
