Terre Siciliane Inzolia PGI by Curatolo Arini is a white wine that celebrates one of the most characteristic native vines of Sicily, Inzolia. This variety is prized for its ability to produce aromatic, fresh and mineral wines, perfect for expressing the island's unique terroir. The Curatolo Arini winery, with over a century of history and dedication to Sicilian viticulture, is recognized for its mastery in creating wines that reflect the richness and diversity of the island's wine heritage.

The vinification of Terre Siciliane Inzolia PGI aims to preserve the natural qualities of Inzolia, emphasizing its freshness, its aromatic profile and its elegant minerality. The carefully selected grapes undergo soft pressing, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, to keep the varietal aromas intact and guarantee immediate drinkability.

Visually, the wine has a light straw yellow color, with greenish reflections that underline its freshness. On the nose, Terre Siciliane Inzolia PGI by Curatolo Arini offers a rich and inviting bouquet, with notes of white pulp fruit, such as pear and green apple, enriched by floral accents and a light note of almond, a distinctive characteristic of Inzolia. These olfactory sensations are accompanied by a subtle minerality, which reflects the influence of the Sicilian terroir.

In the mouth, the wine surprises with its liveliness and freshness, with a perfect balance between acidity and structure. The fresh fruit flavors are renewed, leading to a clean and persistent finish, which invites another sip. Its versatility makes it an ideal companion for a wide variety of occasions, from tasting alone as an aperitif, to pairing with light appetizers, fish-based dishes, seafood and Mediterranean cuisine in general.

The Terre Siciliane Inzolia PGI by Curatolo Arini is a testimony to Sicilian wine excellence, offering a tasting experience that combines tradition and modernity, and which allows you to discover the beauty and complexity of one of the most representative vines of the island.
