The Terre Siciliane Nero d'Avola DOC by Curatolo Arini is a celebration of Sicily's most emblematic grape variety, Nero d'Avola. This wine reflects the profound connection between the grape variety and its territory of origin, enhancing the characteristics that make Nero d'Avola appreciated internationally: the aromatic richness, the solid structure and the ability to elegantly express the warmth and complexity of the Sicilian terroir. The Curatolo Arini winery, with a history spanning over a century, stands out for its dedication to producing wines that embody the essence of Sicilian viticulture, combining traditional methods with technical innovations to achieve the best possible expression of its wines .

The vinification of Terre Siciliane Nero d'Avola DOC aims to enhance the typicality and varietal intensity, with fermentation conducted at a controlled temperature to preserve the fruity aromas and adequate maceration to extract soft and structured tannins. The use of steel and, in some cases, wood for refinement allows the freshness of the fruit to be balanced with more evolved and complex notes, always maintaining a perfect balance between aromatic intensity and tannic softness.

Visually, the wine presents itself with an intense, almost impenetrable ruby red color, which heralds its concentration and depth. On the nose, it opens with a wide range of aromas, dominated by notes of ripe red and black fruits such as cherries, plums and blackberries, enriched by spicy nuances and a light touch of tobacco and chocolate, the result of evolution in the bottle.

In the mouth, the Terre Siciliane Nero d'Avola DOC by Curatolo Arini reveals all its power and complexity, with a well-integrated tannic texture that supports intense and persistent flavors. The balance between acidity and body is impeccable, leading to a long and satisfying finish, where the fruity and spicy notes perceived on the nose are renewed.

Ideal in combination with rich and structured dishes, such as grilled red meats, roasts, game and mature cheeses, the Terre Siciliane Nero d'Avola DOC by Curatolo Arini is an authentic expression of the richness and variety of Sicilian viticulture, offering a tasting experience that combines pleasantness and depth, perfect for those looking for a wine capable of telling the history and traditions of one of the most fascinating wine regions in Italy.
