The Zibibbo DOC Sicilia "Gagliardetta" by Curatolo Arini is a wine that celebrates one of the most aromatic and characteristic vines of the Sicilian wine scene. Also known as Moscato d'Alessandria, Zibibbo finds in western Sicily, and in particular in the Marsala area where Curatolo Arini is located, an ideal terroir to express its aromatic fullness and liveliness. Founded in 1875, Curatolo Arini is among the historic wineries of the region, with an established reputation for producing high-quality wines that reflect the uniqueness of the Sicilian territory.

The vinification of Zibibbo "Gagliardetta" aims to preserve the intense and distinctive aromas of the vine, with a controlled temperature fermentation that allows the primary aromas to be kept intact. The wine does not undergo aging in wood to preserve the freshness and varietal typicality, resulting in an aromatic white that enhances the natural sweetness and intensity of Moscato d'Alessandria.

Visually, the Zibibbo "Gagliardetta" presents itself with a light straw yellow color, with brilliant reflections that anticipate its freshness. On the nose, the wine is an explosion of aromas: floral notes of jasmine and orange blossom mix with aromas of tropical fruit, white peach and citrus fruits, with a subtle touch of aromatic herbs that adds complexity to the bouquet.

In the mouth, "Gagliardetta" reveals a pleasant sweetness balanced by a lively acidity, which gives the wine great drinkability and freshness. The aromatic palette is consistent with the nose, with a richness of fruity and floral flavors that persist in a long and aromatic finish.

Ideal as an aperitif or paired with ethnic cuisine dishes, seafood, cream desserts and fresh cheeses, the Zibibbo DOC Sicilia "Gagliardetta" by Curatolo Arini is an excellent choice for those looking for an aromatic and distinctive white wine, capable of offering a rich and satisfying tasting experience that reflects the essence of the Zibibbo grape and the richness of the Sicilian territory.
