The Toscana IGT Rèmole Rosè by Frescobaldi is born on the Tuscan hills, where the Mediterranean climate and soils rich in galestro give the wine a lively and complex personality.

Made primarily with Sangiovese grapes, this rosé expresses a refined freshness and a perfect balance between acidity and softness. The vinification method includes a short maceration on the skins, which gives the wine a bright pink color and a delicate aromatic texture, dominated by notes of small red fruits such as strawberries and raspberries, accompanied by subtle floral nuances. On the palate, it is harmonious and savory, with a pleasant persistence that invites another sip.

Excellent as an aperitif, Rèmole Rosè pairs well with light appetizers, seafood salads, and fish-based dishes, enhancing the flavors without weighing down the tasting. An elegant rosé that tells the story of Tuscany in every glass.
