The Touraine-Oisly Sauvignon V.V. Fabel Barbou from Domaine des Corbillières is a sublime expression of Sauvignon Blanc from the specific area of Touraine-Oisly, renowned for the quality of its white wines. This wine, produced from old vines, reveals a complexity and depth rarely found. The color is a bright straw yellow with greenish reflections, typical of Sauvignon Blanc.

On the nose, the Touraine-Oisly Sauvignon V.V. Fabel Barbou offers an explosion of aromas: notes of fresh citrus, particularly lemon and grapefruit, intertwine with hints of white-fleshed fruits such as peach and melon. There are also hints of aromatic herbs and a light minerality, adding complexity to the olfactory bouquet.

On the palate, the wine is vigorous and fresh. The acidity is well-balanced and leads to a long and pleasantly persistent finish, with a return of the citrus and mineral notes savored on the nose.

This Touraine-Oisly Sauvignon V.V. Fabel Barbou is excellent as an aperitif but pairs beautifully with seafood, fish-based dishes, and goat cheese. A true gem for Sauvignon Blanc lovers in search of something unique and distinctive.
