The Trebbiano IGT from Tremonti, produced organically and described as 'rather macerated', offers an unconventional take on the grape. Extended skin contact gives the wine an intense straw color with golden highlights and a more pronounced structure than a light white. On the nose it shows a balanced mix of white‑fleshed fruit, light citrus notes and a delicate hint of dried flowers; the maceration contributes a subtle spiciness and a slightly oily profile without being overpowering.

On the palate it is lively, with a softened tannic frame that provides sapidity and persistence. It suits those seeking a white with body and character while remaining easy to drink; it can accompany more structured fish dishes, light soups, grilled vegetables and fresh or soft cheeses. Serve moderately chilled, in wide glasses to allow the aromas to open. A wine that highlights the character of the grape and the organic choice, ideal for everyday drinking and small gatherings.
