The Trebbiano Rubicone IGT by "I Tini" stands out as a delightfully fresh and lively specimen, perfect for accompanying social moments or as a refreshing aperitif. This white wine, originating from the Emilia-Romagna region, is primarily made from Trebbiano grapes, a variety known for its ability to express freshness and liveliness.

Visually, the Trebbiano Rubicone IGT presents a light straw yellow color, sometimes embellished with greenish reflections that highlight its freshness. On the nose, it immediately shows intense and captivating aromas of fresh white fruits like apple and pear, with subtle floral notes that make the bouquet complex and pleasantly aromatic.

On the palate, the Trebbiano Rubicone IGT "I Tini" impresses with its vivacity. The attack is fresh and dynamically balanced, followed by a medium acidity that well supports the structure of the wine. The fruity notes perceived on the nose are also found in the mouth, enriched by a slight minerality that gives the wine a clean and persistent finish.

The vinification of this Trebbiano involves fermenting the must in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, to preserve all the aromatic qualities of the grapes. The goal is to produce a wine that faithfully reflects the authenticity and typicality of the grape variety and the territory.

Ideal to be served at a temperature of 8-10°C, the Trebbiano Rubicone IGT by "I Tini" is perfect to pair with light appetizers, fish dishes, and seafood or simply to enjoy as an aperitif.

Winery history
The estate is managed by the Fronti family: the family's agricultural business traces its origins to the enterprise started by Bruno Fronti in 1959; the first vineyard land was purchased in 1982. For years the grapes were sold in bulk to third parties until the first bottling under their own label with the 2009 vintage. In 2012 they launched a project of separate vinification for cru from individual vineyards. The estate has been certified organic since the 2016 vintage.
Production philosophy
Expressive regional wines produced by prioritizing Sangiovese from individual vineyards, environmentally friendly agricultural practices, and winemaking aimed at highlighting site exposure and soil characteristics. The approach focuses on quality, limited production per individual cru, and sustainability.
Terroir and vineyards
Discontinuous vineyards located in the Chianti Classico area, characterized by high elevations and loose soils dominated by galestro and alberese. Main vineyards: Vigna Istine, Casanova dell'Aia and Cavarchione.
