The Trentino DOC Rosso Riserva of Mori Vecio from Cantina di Trento is a wine that expresses the elegance and complexity typical of the Trentino terroir. Obtained from carefully selected grapes, this wine represents a perfect expression of the native grape varieties, probably marzemino or schiava, protagonists of the region. The aging, carried out in wooden barrels, gives this red a solid structure and an enveloping character, enriched by aromas of ripe red fruits, delicate spices, and light balsamic notes.
In the glass, it presents with an intense ruby color and a complex bouquet that enhances scents of cherry, plum, and earthy nuances. On the palate, it is full and harmonious, with soft tannins and a persistent finish, ideal for accompanying meat dishes, roasts, and aged cheeses.
