The Trento DOC Brut by Ascendum is a refined and elegant expression of the Italian classic method sparkling wine. Produced in the renowned vineyards of Trentino, this wine stands out for its perfect balance between acidity and freshness. The grapes used, rigorously selected, are mainly Chardonnay, which imparts finesse and a complex aromatic structure to the wine.

To the eye, the Trento DOC Brut presents a brilliant straw-yellow color, adorned with fine and persistent bubbles, a symbol of its excellent vinification. On the nose, delicate hints of green apple, citrus, and slight floral notes emerge, enriched by nuances of fresh bread and yeast, a result of the long maturation on the lees.

On the palate, the Trento DOC Brut by Ascendum surprises with its creaminess and lively acidity, balanced by a pleasant minerality that makes it particularly tasty and persistent. Its versatility makes it ideal as an aperitif, but it can also excellently accompany the entire meal, especially fish and seafood dishes.

This sparkling wine is an excellent choice for those seeking a high-quality product capable of offering a unique tasting experience that reflects the winemaking art of Trentino.

Winery history
The Ascendum project began with the rediscovery of a family underground cellar. Antonio Armani began vinifying grapes in 1950 and in 1961 started construction of the cellar beneath the house. After decades of family activity, the project was relaunched by his nephew, Federico, who since 2022 has restored the cellar and reinstated traditional ageing practices.
Production philosophy
Production focused on mountain wines, with attention to the expressive quality of the territory and careful cellar work; the approach highlights a valuation of historical memory and controlled winemaking to express elegance and structure in the wines.
Terroir and vineyards
Production areas in Trentino/Trentino-Alto Adige: wines labelled Trentino DOC and Valdadige DOC, sourced from alpine and hilly vineyards, with references to vineyards at high altitude.
