The Trento DOC Extra Brut Metodo Classico from Cantina Roeno represents a refined gem of Vicenza's winemaking, where the precision of the classic method blends with the elegance of the territory. This sparkling wine is the result of a meticulous selection of Chardonnay grapes, handpicked in the early hours of the morning to preserve all their aromatic characteristics.

Once at the winery, the grapes are gently pressed and the resulting must ferments in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. This is followed by a period of aging on the yeast for at least 36 months, allowing the wine to develop complexity and a richer bouquet. The result is a sparkling wine with fine and persistent bubbles, with notes of fresh bread, white-fleshed fruits such as peach and pear, and hints of toasted almond that gracefully enrich with mineral tones.

Cantina Roeno, known for its dedication to expressing the true spirit of the territory through sustainable practices, makes this Trento DOC Extra Brut an excellent example of how technique and nature can coexist harmoniously. The glass reveals a straw yellow color with golden reflections, anticipating a sip that skillfully balances freshness and structure, leaving a creamy sensation on the palate that invites another sip.

This sparkling wine is ideal for celebrating special occasions or sophisticated aperitifs, but it finds its perfect pairing with sophisticated fish dishes, such as oysters or salmon carpaccio. The Trento DOC Extra Brut Metodo Classico from Cantina Roeno is not just a sparkling wine, but a testimony of elegance and winemaking mastery.
