Giulio Ferrari from the Ferrari house is a Trento DOC that expresses an elegant, measured profile. It shows fine perlage and clarity inviting the sip; on the nose it offers delicate aromas of white-fleshed fruit and floral notes, accompanied by a mineral touch and fresh acidity that supports its structure. On the palate there is a balance between softness and liveliness, with a slender body and a clean, pleasant finish, suitable for those seeking a sparkling wine of character without excess.

It works well as an aperitif but also pairs gracefully with seafood starters, crustaceans, fish dishes and fresh cheeses. To appreciate its cleanliness and gustatory tension, it is advisable to serve it cold but not icy, around 6–8 °C, in tulip glasses that concentrate the aromas. It is a fitting choice for informal and formal occasions when one wants a bubbly that combines elegance and approachability.
