Il Trnjak di Vinogradi Nuić è un vino rosso che incanta gli intenditori con la sua eleganza e complessità. Proveniente dalla regione dell'Erzegovina, le uve Trnjak sono coltivate con grande cura per mantenere intatta la loro autenticità e unicità. La vendemmia manuale e una vinificazione attenta contribuiscono a esaltare le caratteristiche distintive di questo vitigno autoctono.

Il colore è di un rosso rubino intenso, con riflessi violacei che promettono profondità e ricchezza. Al naso, il Trnjak offre un bouquet complesso con note di frutta rossa matura, come ciliegia e prugna, accompagnate da sentori di spezie, tabacco e un delicato accenno di vaniglia, derivato probabilmente dall'affinamento in botti di legno.

In bocca, questo vino si presenta pieno e strutturato, con tannini ben integrati che garantiscono un finale lungo e persistente. La sua acidità equilibrata conferisce freschezza e vivacità, rendendolo perfetto per accompagnare piatti di carne, selvaggina e formaggi stagionati.

Winery history
The estate has been cultivated since 2004, with the first plantings at the Orlovac site. In its early years the winery launched its first labels and gradually expanded its vineyards and the varieties planted.
Production philosophy
Production is based on expressing the Herzegovinian terroir: calcareous‑reddish soils, favorable exposure and a Mediterranean climate; it combines family tradition and modern technologies to produce quality wines.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyards are located in Crnopod, between Međugorje and Ljubuški in Herzegovina. The cultivated area is reported on official websites to range from approximately 35 to 43 hectares, and the area is characterized by red karstic soils and an altitude of around 140 m.
Awards and recognitions
The winery has received numerous medals in international competitions, earning gold, silver and bronze medals for wines such as Merlot, Syrah, Trnjak and Blatina across various vintages.
