U Baccan Pigato della Riviera Ligure di Ponente DOC from Bruna is a white wine that conveys the Mediterranean character of the grape. In the glass it shows a bright straw color and an already frank bouquet: lemon zest, white peach and hints of wildflowers are joined by a delicate almond note and a saline background that recalls sea spray. The aromatic profile is crisp but not overpowering, leaving room for a pleasant acidity that keeps the sip fresh and lively.

On the palate it is balanced, medium-bodied, with a slightly enveloping texture and a sapidity that invites a second sip; tannins are absent, and the finish is clean and even. It pairs well with seafood, fish-based first courses and light grilled preparations, but works just as well as an aperitif wine. Serve chilled to highlight its liveliness and aromatic freshness.
