Questo pregiato spumante è realizzato interamente con uve Glera, coltivate nei terreni scoscesi e ben esposti della sottozona Cartizze, nota per il suo microclima favorevole e la ricchezza di minerali nel suolo.

Alla vista, presenta un colore giallo paglierino brillante, con un perlage fine e persistente. Il bouquet olfattivo è ricco e complesso, con note di fiori bianchi, mela, pera e tocchi agrumati che si fondono armoniosamente con lievi sentori di mandorla e crosta di pane. In bocca, il Cartizze Brut rivela una struttura equilibrata e un'eleganza raffinata, con una piacevole acidità che riporta in evidenza le note fruttate percepite al naso e una leggera sapidità che dona freschezza al finale.

Winery history
The Zucchetto family has been present in the hills of Valdobbiadene since 1918. Over the course of the 20th century the winery consolidated its position by participating in the founding of the Cantina Sociale di Valdobbiadene. Paolo Zucchetto developed the production of sparkling wines using both traditional and modern practices, while from the second/third generation Carlo Alberto Zucchetto took on the role of winemaker and expanded the winery’s activities and markets.
Production philosophy
Small-scale production with a focus on quality, respect for the vineyard and sustainable practices. In the winery they favor techniques that reduce the use of additives and minimize sulfites, combining tradition with more recent technologies.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyards are located on the hills of Valdobbiadene, characterized by steep slopes, morainic, sandy and clay soils, and a favorable microclimate that contributes to the finesse of Prosecco Superiore DOCG.
