The Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Dry Millesimato by "La Primavera di Barbara" from Merotto is a sophisticated and distinctive expression of Prosecco, crafted only in the finest years from carefully selected grapes. The term "Millesimato" indicates that it is produced with grapes from a single year's harvest, which ensures quality and a unique characteristic compared to standard editions of Prosecco.

The wine displays a bright straw-yellow color with greenish reflections, accompanied by a fine and persistent perlage that enlivens the glass. On the nose, it is distinguished by its intense and complex aromas; white fleshed fruits such as apple and pear blend with floral notes of acacia and wisteria, enriched by delicate hints of citrus and almond.

On the palate, the Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Dry Millesimato offers a balanced and harmonious structure, with a discreet sweetness that does not overwhelm but caresses the taste, while maintaining freshness and vivacity thanks to well-balanced acidity. The finish is clean and persistent, with a return of the fruity flavors that invite another sip.

This Prosecco serves as an excellent aperitif, but can also be a refined companion for light dishes such as seafood starters, sushi, or tempura. Thanks to its distinctive character, it is also suited for celebrating special moments, offering a tasting experience that is both rich in flavor and elegant.

La Primavera di Barbara - Merotto with this wine demonstrates mastery in the art of winemaking, encapsulating in each bottle the essence of Valdobbiadene and the exclusivity of a millesimato product.
