The Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Millesimato Brut - Cuveé del Fondatore - Magnum from Valdo winery represents one of the finest examples in the world of Prosecco, produced in magnum format which ensures extraordinary quality. This sparkling wine stands out for its captivating balance of freshness and structure, resulting from a meticulous selection of Glera grapes, cultivated in the renowned hills of Valdobbiadene, an area famous for its ideal microclimate and unique soils.

The cuvée del fondatore is a tribute to the tradition and savoir-faire of the Valdo winery, with vinification following established methods to enhance the aromaticity and pleasantness typical of Prosecco. The term Millesimato indicates that the grapes used come from a single selected vintage, ensuring a product of great expressiveness and character.

The production process follows the Charmat method, with the second fermentation taking place in large closed containers to preserve the delicate floral aromas and subtle fruit notes of apple, pear, and citrus. The result is a Prosecco Brut, characterized by very low residual sugar, making it dry, fresh, and lively on the palate.

Visually, the Prosecco exhibits a bright straw-yellow color and a fine, persistent perlage, a symbol of high quality and attention to detail in production. On the nose, vibrant aromas of fresh fruit with delicate floral nuances emerge, while on the palate, it is elegant and well-balanced with a long persistence that invites another sip.

Served chilled, it is ideal as an aperitif or paired with light dishes, delicate appetizers, seafood, or sushi. The magnum bottle presentation makes it perfect for special occasions, always ensuring an impeccable tasting experience.
