It shows a fine, persistent mousse and a bright straw-yellow color. On the nose it opens with delicate floral notes and fruity suggestions of apple and pear, supported by light citrus hints. The residual sugar typical of the Extra Dry category adds roundness without weighing it down, maintaining a lively, easy-drinking balance.

On the palate it displays lively freshness and good drinkability, making it suitable for informal moments and aperitifs.
