Elevantum Cartizze was born among the splendid hills of the town of the same name in Valdobbiadene from which it takes its name. It is a sparkling wine made with perfectly ripened 100% Glera grapes, thanks to the perfect exposure of the vineyards to the south, southwest which guarantees the best possible exposure to sunlight while the strong temperature variations between day and night, contribute to the aroma development. After the harvest, the vinification involves a soft pressing after a light cold maceration of the grapes. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature, with aging of 3 months in autoclave.
At sight it shows a straw yellow color tending towards light gold. The bouquet is persuasive, with a prevalence of fruity and floral nuances. On the palate it is elegant and very drinkable.
Thanks to its excellent degree of amiability, this Prosecco proves to be an excellent glass to sip at the end of a meal combined with sweets and fruit.
