Valpolicella Amarone Classico Riserva - Clementi is born in the heart of the traditional production area of Valpolicella Classica, a land suited for the native grape varieties Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara. This Amarone is the result of careful vinification with grape drying, a technique that concentrates aromas and sugars, giving the wine an intense and complex structure.

The aging, which in this case is patiently extended over several years, enhances the warm notes of dried fruit, ripe cherries, and sweet spices, accompanied by hints of tobacco and dark chocolate. The palate is enveloping, full, and soft, with well-integrated tannins and a long final persistence. An elegant drinkability makes this Amarone Riserva perfect for pairing with red meats, roasts, and aged cheeses, enhancing flavors with its generous and refined intensity.
