Il Valpolicella DOC di Bolla è un'ode all'eleganza e alla tradizione vinicola del Veneto. Questo vino, caratterizzato da un vibrante colore rosso rubino, offre al naso un bouquet intrigante di ciliegie fresche, spezie dolci e una leggera nota floreale. In bocca, il Valpolicella si presenta medio-leggero con una struttura equilibrata e una piacevole freschezza. Le ciliegie e le spezie percepiti al naso si ritrovano anche al palato, accoppiati a tannini morbidi e una delicata acidità che guida verso un finish pulito e persistente.

Ideale come compagno per pasti quotidiani, questo Valpolicella DOC è perfetto per accompagnare piatti di pasta al ragù, pollo arrosto o formaggi di media stagionatura. Un classico del territorio che continua a raccontare la storia di Bolla, una cantina che da decenni si impegna nella produzione di vini che riflettono autenticamente la loro origine. Aprezziare al meglio servito a una temperatura di circa 16-18°C.

Founded in 1883, it has a long-standing presence in the Soave and Valpolicella regions. Over 300 hectares of vineyards and a network of more than 100 grower families. Production ranges from Soave Superiore and Recioto to Valpolicella Ripasso and Amarone, as well as a line of Prosecco and sparkling wines. Part of Gruppo Italiano Vini. Winery history
Founded in 1883 in Soave by the Bolla family, the winery expanded over the following decades, extending production from Soave white wines to the great reds of Valpolicella. Over time the brand has become an international reference for wines from Veneto. The winery joined Gruppo Italiano Vini in the 2000s.
Production philosophy
Enhancing the connection with the Veneto region and its historic appellations through an approach that blends winemaking tradition with attention to evolving tastes. The company's communications underscore vineyard care, the quality of its selections, and a lifestyle inspired by the "slow life."
Terroir and vineyards
Production is concentrated mainly in Valpolicella Classica, the Soave area and the Lake Garda area; the winery also relies on a network of local suppliers to interpret the main Veronese denominations.
