The Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore DOC from Monte Zovo is a refined expression of one of the most renowned labels of Valpolicella. Presented in an elegant Magnum format within a wooden case, this wine is the result of a meticulous selection of Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes, cultivated in the fertile valleys of Veneto.

Characterized by the application of the "Ripasso" technique, the wine gains complexity and depth through a second fermentation on the skins of the famous Amarone. This process not only intensifies the wine's aromatic profile but also enriches its structure, providing a greater concentration of flavors.

Visually, the Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore presents an intense ruby red color with garnet reflections. The nose reveals enveloping aromas of ripe fruit such as cherry and plum, enriched by nuances of sweet spices, chocolate, and a slight hint of vanilla, the result of aging in barriques.

On the palate, the wine expresses a robust tannic structure, balanced by a pleasant freshness and a long and satisfying aromatic persistence. This Ripasso showcases a perfect balance between power and elegance, with a finish that leaves a warm and enveloping sensation.

Ideal for accompanying structured dishes such as braised meats, roasted red meats, or game, the Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore DOC is also a perfect companion for tasting evenings or special moments, thanks to its magnum format that promises to enhance any occasion. It should ideally be served at a temperature between 16 and 18°C to best appreciate its qualities.
