The Valpolicella Superiore DOC 2013 from Le Guaite Noemi stands out for its vigorous and complex character, capable of expressing the essence of the Verona territory from which it originates. The strict selection of grapes, a combination of Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara, ensures a taste profile of extraordinary intensity. The 18-month aging in oak barrels promotes the harmonization of tannic components and the development of spicy notes that perfectly integrate with tones of ripe red fruit, particularly cherry, plum, and a subtle touch of black pepper.

On the nose, the Valpolicella Superiore DOC 2013 showcases a rich bouquet, with an elegant fusion of aromas of leather, tobacco, and dark chocolate, gradually opening to reveal a slight hint of vanilla and cinnamon. It is a robust wine, with a solid structure and a long persistence, making every sip unforgettable.

Ideal for accompanying grilled red meats, robust dishes with mushrooms, or aged cheeses, this wine expresses its best after adequate aeration, allowing all its complex aromas and flavors to be released.
