The Vdf L’Allumée Orange from Advinam represents an excellent expression of orange wine, obtained through vinification methods that involve extended skin contact with the must. This process gives the wine a distinctive orange hue and a unique aromatic complexity.

Originating from the French wine region, this wine is characterized by its intense aromas of ripe fruit, notes of apricot and peach, enriched by hints of sweet spices and a light herbal vein. On the palate, it is well balanced with a freshness that invites the next sip. The acidity is well integrated, supporting a soft yet perceptible tannic structure, which harmonizes with a long and pleasantly complex aromatic persistence.

Ideal to accompany dishes with similar aromatic intensity, such as spiced white meats or Asian cuisine dishes. The L’Allumée Orange from Advinam offers an intriguing choice for those looking to explore the category of orange wines with an exemplary interpretation of the genre.

Maison Advinam – Winery in Bordeaux (Gironde) / Roussillon

Discover the story and wines of Maison Advinam.

A small French producer active in the production and trade of natural and organic wines, with artisanal winemaking (use of amphorae and barrels) and low-intervention practices.
Region: Bordeaux (Gironde) / Roussillon
Country: France
Grapes: Sémillon, Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Muscadelle
Wines produced with indigenous yeasts; many cuvées are made without added sulfites. Aged in 750 L amphorae and 300 L casks, depending on the cuvée. Production and négoce focused on organic and natural practices Vineyards and grapes sourced from Gironda and parcels in the Roussillon.
Winery history
Maison Advinam was established around an old farmhouse converted into a winery: Grégoire oversaw the renovation of the premises while Anne manages the winemaking. The operation combines direct management of vineyards with collaboration with partner producers in southern France; the project is presented as a 'maison' that brings together artisanal production and the sale of organic wines.
Production philosophy
Hands-on work in the vineyard and cellar, no synthetic chemicals in the vineyard, fermentations with native yeasts, ageing in amphorae and barrels, without fining or filtration and with no added sulfites in many cuvées. The approach aims to preserve biodiversity and artisanal practices.
Terroir and vineyards
Based in Saint-Morillon, with parcels/grapes also in Roussillon for some cuvées; activities involve both the Gironde territory and supplies/parcels in the South of France.
