"Red Hot" is a special edition, a liqueur made from a secret recipe produced with a selection of 29 botanicals gathered in the splendid land of Calabria. Among the main ingredients used are: anise seeds, citrus peel, orange and chamomile flowers, licorice, juniper berries, peppermint and red chilli pepper. The products are harvested at the moment of maximum expression throughout the year. The process of maceration and infusion of each botanical in alcohol takes place individually and immediately after harvesting, in order to best extract all the precious aromatic components that are still fragrant and fresh.

The amaro is produced by assembling the preparations with the right doses, lowered in degree with pure natural water and added with sugar syrup to mitigate the too bitter taste of some herbs. Vecchio Amaro del Capo "Red Hot" is a very special product suitable for those who love strong tastes, such as the strong character of the famous Calabrian chilli pepper, one of the symbols par excellence of this fantastic region.

In the glass it shows a beautiful intense and bright ruby red color. The bouquet is extremely complex and rich, with aromas of soft spices, notes of bitter orange peel and mandarin. In the mouth, the sip is enveloping, rich in aromas, with a pleasantly spicy note of chilli pepper that accompanies a decidedly long and very persistent finish.
