La Vendemmia Tardiva Alcamo DOC - 50cl - Cielo Dacamo - Boxed - Tenuta Rapitalà represents a sublime expression of Sicilian wine art, dedicated to the production of sweet and aromatic wines from late harvested grapes. Coming from the renowned Tenuta Rapitalà, located in the Alcamo DOC area in the heart of Sicily, this wine is the result of a selected late harvest, which allows us to obtain grapes with an exceptionally high sugar and aromatic concentration. "Cielo Dacamo", enclosed in elegant 50cl bottles and presented in a refined case, is a true celebration of the expressive potential of Sicilian vines.

Visually, the wine presents itself with an intense and brilliant golden color, which immediately invites tasting. On the nose, it opens with a complex and inviting bouquet, dominated by aromas of ripe fruit such as apricot and peach, enriched by hints of honey, orange blossom and delicate notes of sweet spices, the result of the careful process of drying the grapes and of refinement.

On the palate it surprises with its extraordinary richness and balance. The intense natural sweetness of the grapes is perfectly balanced by a lively acidity, which gives freshness to the sip and prolongs its persistence. The texture is opulent but never cloying, with a return of the fruity and honeyed aromas perceived on the nose which blend into a long and harmonious finish.

This wine is particularly suitable in combination with desserts, blue cheeses and foie gras, but it is also excellent as a meditation wine, to be enjoyed slowly to appreciate its complexity and aromatic depth.
